Location was perfect being 10 mins from the train station. And having a few options of food places also around. The welcome booklet helped a lot also with info of the area

− The shower could of been updated as the mechanicism kept dropping

I did not have breakfast. I had tea and biscuits curtesy of the host. It was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. This is what I have at home so it truly was a home from home.

Good to know

Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival.

This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp.

The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above.

Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit.

No parties/loud music or anti social behavior allowed.
