worst check in experience of my life.
3.0− I never got the instructions for collecting the keys after alrexietady having paid for a 17 day stay. IMagine my anxiety standing o0utside in the cold. Their office phone wouldnt answer either. Thanks only to another guest that went out of his way to help me and called another number someone finally privided the instructios

10.0Great hotel; and very hospitable management team! The room (apartment actually) was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything necessary for our stay! I will definitely rebook the hotel when I return to Berlin!
a true gem in Berlin
10.0Palacina Berlin Hotel is a true gem!!! The apartment was a little more grand than I expected, but that made the stay even better! A comfortable space, with lots of room in most areas of the apartment. Everything was in very good condition, and the amenities were good also (e.g., washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.). The location was great if in terms of closeness to two different subway lines. Most importantly, the property manager (Raphael) was extremely welcoming and helpful - always available and quick to respond to questions we had. I look forward to staying at Palacina Berlin Hotel again on my next trip to Berlin!

6.0Having a kitchen as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer was extremely useful. However, I found the dining room chairs to be extremely uncomfortable (hard and slippery). I had work to do and was not able to do it at the table because of the chairs. The lighting was also a bit dim and electrical sockets were in awkward places.

10.0An absolute gem in Berlin. Extremely comfortable and spacious with an abundance of amenities. Close to shopping, restaurants, attractions and U Bahn.
Guests arriving outside the official check-in time are kindly asked to contact the property in advance in order to arrange the check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that an arrival after 23:30 is not possible.
After booking, you will receive an email from the property asking you for your check-in time. You must reply to this email latest 7 days prior to arrival. Otherwise the property cannot guarantee check-in without considerable waiting time.
Please note that this accommodations consists of luxuriously furnished apartments, and is not a hotel with a 24-hour reception. The property's office is open between 10:00 and 12:00 from Mondays to Fridays. Check-in outside the normal office hours (or at weekends) can of course be organized but needed to be arranged individually with the accommodations.
On check-in, each guest will receive a mobile phone number to contact the property in case of emergencies.
For security reasons, the credit card used for booking must be provided at check-in.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.
Pets are not allowed.
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
