10.0A cidade é bem pequena e o hotel fica no centro da cidade, facilitando o deslocamento para qualquer lugar a pé e com fácil acesso de carro para as cavernas. Os funcionários muito amáveis e solícitos. Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Ficamos bem confortáveis no hotel.

2.0Estrutura e localização
− Não existem funcionários, quando eu cheguei às 15:00hs não tinha ninguém para fazer o check-in, a noite não tinha nenhum funcionário e alguns hóspedes fizeram uma festa na recepção até às 02 hs da manhã, ninguém conseguia dormir na pousada. As fechaduras que eram eletrônicas ficaram apitando a madrugada toda, é simplesmente impossível dormir nesses lugar.

10.0Gostei do conforto do quarto, do café da manhã, da localização do hotel e principalmente do ótimo atendimento dos funcionários. Um destaque para o auxílio do Seu Neu que nos recepcionou no primeiro dia e sempre foi muito simpático e atencioso conosco.

10.0Quartos limpos e arrumados todos os dias, lugar calmo e bem localizado em Iporanga. Fica aqui agradecimento ao Neu que sempre foi muito simpático e recomendou diversos lugares pra gente.
