6.0it was a good location clean I like it but the staffs terrible specially housekeeping we have to ask for everything. I don’t even know what it they supposed to do. We have been taking out the trash put on the whole way because they haven’t cleaned. Ask for towels.

Very convenient with everything right there, but the price is too high for the room.
6.0We enjoyed our stay. We had fun in the hot tub, pools and ocean. We ate at the restaurant there.
− We didn’t realize we had to order maid service. So we had no cleaning the first day. We told the front desk and someone came to clean, but they didn’t bring toilet paper. We went to front desk to get more, they delivered it later. We asked for maid service the next day but no one came. The a/c from unit above leaks onto balcony. The price of the room was very expensive at $461/night.
