8.0Liked the facilities! Spa, sauna, upstairs pool amazing. Room layout really good, nice and big! Breakfast pretty good. Everything looked great.
− The rooms don't have any view. There is a lattice structure over the whole building (which I suppose is good for privacy) but it makes the rooms dark. Didn't love the bar staff! Also - I have never heard of this -- to get ice to your room you would have to pay a room service charge.

7.0I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Palma, making it easy to explore the city while also being close to beautiful beaches. It offers the perfect balance of relaxation and sightseeing. The spa was excellent, the rooftop swimming pool was a great place to unwind with beautiful views, the lobby was stylish and welcoming, and the restaurant served delicious food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again.
