− Si deseas pasar una noche en un colchón con manchas de dudosa procedencia, sábanas sucias, interruptores pegajosos y uña pegada al colchón, este es tu lugar. Nada más entrar ya sufre tu olfato de olores desagradables.

8.0− Es war zwar ein Lift vorhanden, jedoch nur mit Spezialschlüssel brauchbar. Doof, wenn der Lift ein Kriterium war (Kinderwagen + Zwillinge im Kleinkindalter) bei der Auswahl der Unterkunft. Kinderwagen durften wir auch nicht im Einfangsbereich stehen lassen, sinder mussten die Treppe rauftragen.
Decepcionante: poca atención a los detalles y trato desagradable
3.0La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento. Es un barrio funcional, cerca del centro andando y bien comunicado. Buen ambiente.
− En general, muy cutre. Estábamos en una habitación cuádruple: - 2 de las 4 camas eran muy incómodas. - El aire acondicionado funcionaba regular, no estaba bien conectado. - Se notaba olor a humedad en las instalaciones. - En la ducha no había alfombra ni fregona, aunque el agua se salía con facilidad. No hubo manera de resolverlo con ellos. - También nos pareció bastante escaso que dejaran solo 2 rollos de papel para 4 días, 4 personas. - Los juegos de sábanas y toallas viejunos. - El trato fue rápido, pero poco amable. Pir último, preguntamos si podíamos entrar algo antes de las 16:00 y nos dijeron que, si la habitación estaba disponible, ni había inconveniente pagando 20 € extra. En general, creemos que deberían cuidar más la comodidad, los detalles básicos y la atención al cliente.

6.0La ubicación está muy bien y la manera de entrar y salir bastante comodo
− Hacia calor en la habitación y solo un ventilador para 4 personas. Una cama estaba rota, la ducha se salía todo el agua y la TV imposible sintonizar aunque sea smart TV.

8.0Muy facil de acceder. Todo muy limpio. Cama cómoda. Ducha muy bien.
− Me faltó el aire acondicionado, pero sí que había ventilador. Tampoco tiene canales la TV, solo funcionan las Apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc.).
