− ar condicionado não funcionava, televisão também não ligou, uma das tomada o fio estava solto. Café da manha estava frio os ovos mexidos também estavam frios pois não tinha tigela aquecida os ovos.

7.0Simplicidade, atendimento razoável. Localização perfeita. próximo ao que pretendíamos. Estacionamento pequeno mas atinge o proposito. Prédio histórico. mas precisa melhorar. Café da manhã satisfatório.
− Recepção ficava sem pessoas para o atendimento. Porta do quarto fica em frente a recepção, deixando a privacidade um tanto exposta. Garagem pequena e apertada. Quarto tamanho ideal porém tinha comunicação com outro quarto. Deixando um certo desconforto.

− A cor das paredes do quarto são pintadas de uma cor escura, o que acaba ficando escuro o quarto. O banheiro poderia ter mais ganchos ou lugar para roupa, toalha, itens de higiene.
