− В какой-то момент в отеле закончились чистые полтенца, но проблему быстро решили, не было зубной пасты и щеток, и во время сна нас кто-то покусал (надеюсь комары), так же не помешало бы добавить вешалок

10.0This is my 4th time in this hotel , location is perfect , the food court is small but tasty, the hotel staff weither the front desk or the house keeping are very helpful , big thanks to Mr. Alaa , Mr. Ali , Mr. Saber, Mr. Ümit because I had an issue in the airport and I had to be back again to istanbul, they helped in finiding a new hotel booking and too many other things, really guys thank you so much
