Nothing much

− The pillows were yellow/orange stained under the pillow cases The room with the bunkbeds had a foosty smell you could only get rid of by keeping the window open. Each bunkbeds mattress you could only feel springs. Think of the worst thing about a mattress. That’s how these both were We took the single bed through to the living room and that’s where my colleague slept so we didn’t have to use the bunkbed room. The double bed was 2 single mattresses together you could sleep on one side or the other. The beds are on wheels which are on laminate flooring so they slide about with the smallest movement. The double beds mattress was also mainly springs coming through, although not as bad.

Great property right next to the train station. Easy to find, good facilities.

− Relatively clean. The main thing that let it down was the fact it hadn’t been hoovered. Other than that, great place to use as a base when visiting the area

When my son complained the staff were very helpful and organised him to move properties as he could not have taken his daughter to that place.

− The place was dirty, waste not removed, sticky surfaces, drug related paraphernalia in cupboard, rat dropping on work surfaces.
