8.0Me sorprendio que tuviese una cocina con todo lo necesario, asi como un area de comedor y estaciones de trabajo. La habitacion muy comoda y con todo lo necesario. Supero mis espectativas.
− Creo que la limpieza puede mejorar. El piso de la habitacion se sentia pegajoso, y el microhondas tenia manchas en la superficie de stainless steel. Nada que fuese grave, es solo que soy exigente con la limpieza.
Comfortable and quiet hotel just steps from Calle Loíza
10.0Our stay was excellent. Maria at the front desk was exceptional. She gave us a curated list of favorite attractions, restaurants, beaches, and nightlife in the area, and was very friendly and helpful overall. There was a water outage during our stay (city-wide, no fault of the property), and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had powerful air conditioning and great bathroom facilities. The property has a communal refrigerator and dining room on the second floor, along with workstations perfect for longer stays. The parking lot is gated and just across the sidewalk, which was very convenient for our rental. Its location, just one block away from Calle Loíza, was very convenient as well. We can't wait to return.
Would not book again. There are better places for the price.
5.0Local location. Close to some good restaurants and food.
− Housekeepers did not clean our room or bathrooms. Did not replenish amenities. Did not even have bath towels for us when we arrived. Staff is not present after 4-5PM to help. The room was super humid and wet. Had to keep AC on all night. Both my friend and I had to keep our robes on every night in bed. Bathroom had no hooks or shelves to put anything. There was mold on the faucets.
