10.0Great location and facilities were great. Room was spacious, silent, and practical. Staff was amazing, with no exceptions. We were delighted by the hospitality and kindness of everyone at the front desk, giving us amazing tips and carrying about our whole experience. Will definitely stay again with Ruz in the future and recommend them!
Very hip stay with great service
10.0We had an incredible stay at RUZ and would 100% recommend it. We were particularly impressed by the service. Ugur at reception helped us and recommended amazing restaurants that we loved. He was super friendly and welcoming. He made out stay extra great. The actual building is very cool. The rooms are nicely designed and there's a nice rooftop bar and restaurant that has a great vibe.
− The AC in our room didn't work great so we were a bit warms

− It is on the top lf the tower hill and walking up there after a long day is tough- (get a taxi for that part ! ) Room was a bit dark with limited natural light entry - front rooms may be better but use earplugs as is a party area
