8.0Jack on reception was friendly and made sure I had a better room this time . He gave me a room at the end of the corridor away from the noise. Also Mohammed who made a great latte, he was friendly and chatty, which was good. Your valet is always friendly and kind .
− One of the guests had blocked my car in, so I wasn’t able to leave quickly in the morning. I was incredibly annoyed as I had to leave for work. Apparently this same guest does this often. This must not be permitted especially as she had not left her keys with the reception . For a hotel of that size, the car park is inadequate and far too small.

Noisy on the floor.
7.0I have been staying at this hotel once a week for four weeks as the location is perfect for a break from driving back to RAK on a Thursday and really close to my work. And usually I really enjoy my stay, but this time there was one issue after another.
− The first issue was that they gave us the wrong room. I had booked a twin room, they gave us a double bed! They had had three hours to prepare the room, yet gave us one with only one bed which doesn’t work when sharing a room with my son. Then we were sent to another room. There was only Jack working on reception and a queue of 8 people waiting to check in. Too many people were interrupting him to charge their phones at the reception desk. It was incredibly noisy during the night on our floor. I got woken up at 2:16 in the morning by someone slamming their door and shouting down the corridor. Then I couldn’t sleep again, it was not great at all. It was the worst night I had there.
Great location, excellent staff but the prices needs to be revised and the rooms should have enough wardrobe and storage
7.0The location and the staffs were very kind, the house keeping were very helpful specially a staff named Abid was always happy to help and even the bell boy was just on his toes throughout. The check in and check out was smooth. The staffs at the reception are always smiling.
− There were no wardrobe in the room and it was difficult managing our stuffs, even the washroom didn’t have enough holders & storage for toiletries. Plus, it’s way too expensive for the kind of room that was provided. I have stayed in multiple locations in Dubai, everywhere there was wardrobe and enough storage space.
