− Difficult to find due to signage. The sign is too small to see.So confusing, the whole advertisement of this on Booking .com needs to be very clear. One might think The Lower Gathering is the name of a building. I think it's best to put up a sign that says " Outlook apartments", in bigger signage, then list your apartments. We walked past the place twice. One of the shower cubicle needs fixing, it leaks around the edges due to the skating is falling apart. The tiling in the same bathroom needs resuscitation, water leaking from shower sips underneath the tiles. Ceramic or porcelain tiling will make it nicer hence overall appearance of flat changes.

− The fan and light did not work

− Within a pedestrian precinct with no parking so complicated to get your bags in and then park. 6 beds including the sofa beds but only 5 duvets so a cold uncomfortable night. The welcome booklet sets out where the bedding should be but it wasn’t in any of the locations indicated.
