We enjoyed our stay, but a few improvements would make the experience even better.
9.0We stayed at the hotel for six nights. First of all, I would like to highlight the positives: the hotel has an excellent location, close to both bus stops and a metro station. The room was very modern, with a kitchen, and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, there is still room for improvement. Almost every day, I had to remind the hotel staff to provide napkins, which was a little disappointing. Also, the breakfast was exactly the same every single day. Although the food was of very high quality and really tasty, it would have been nice to have more variety, especially fresh vegetables and omelettes.
Good to know
For stays less than 7 nights, the accommodation can be additionally cleaned upon request for an additional charge of GBP 25 for the studios, GBP 35 for one-bedroom apartments, and GBP 45 for two-bedroom apartments.
For stays of a week or more, a complimentary cleaning service is offered on the fourth day, and once a week thereafter. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
