Very disappointing

− We were family of four planning for an 8 night visit. We were very disappointed unfortunately with this apartment. The place was not well maintained. When we arrived, there was a damp smell in the apartment, coming from both bathrooms, which felt not very clean. The shower curtains worn and felt overused, pictures on the wall were crooked, there was a broken glass door which was a hazard with young kids and the worst was the mattress in the master bedroom which was really worn out, and unsuitable for sleep. We tried to ask the staff for assistance but mostly received unhelpful (sometimes even a bit disrespectful) responses. No one came to see and fix the problems for four nights we actually stayed there, until we decided to move for a different apartment which was amazing for the same price (even a bit lower).
