9.0A Truly Wonderful Stay: Hospitality at Its Best I recently stayed at the Maldron Hotel Manchester for two nights, and I honestly had such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest smile from the receptionist. It immediately made me feel welcome, and it genuinely felt like she could sense that I'd had a long journey. That first impression set the tone for the rest of my stay. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff I interacted with, including the manager, was professional, approachable, and genuinely friendly. It didn't feel like the typical hotel experience where interactions can sometimes feel formal or rushed. Everyone made me feel valued as a guest, and the manager was even eager to hear feedback, which showed how much they care about providing a great experience. The ambience of the hotel was beautiful. It was calm, relaxing, and comfortable—I honestly felt refreshed just being there. At times, I almost forgot I was in the UK because the level of service reminded me of the hospitality I've experienced while travelling abroad. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the food was excellent. I ordered the salad during my stay, and it was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The only small suggestion I would make is to consider providing complimentary toiletries such as body lotion, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. These are items that guests occasionally forget to pack, and having them available in the room would make an already excellent stay even better. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. I look forward to returning!
