10.0Hector, the guy at the front desk was so awesome and welcoming. We were able to check in early and even got an upgrade to am apartment. It had one room and living room. The room was nice and spacious. In the living room there was a TV with Netflix! There was also a kitchenette and dining table.

6.0The shower is very unsafe you need a grab bar because the floor is very slippery and there's no plastic or rubber mat for your feet. Also would help if you had a holder for your soap and shampoo in the shower.

10.0When you first get to the hotel, you think to yourself omg I’m in a scary neighborhood but it’s not that bad. The buildings across are neglected. But I’m promise it’s not that bad. I would stay there again.

4.0No coffee at hotel common area or in room. No shuttle service. If you count on both then you are wasting your money. The hotel is close to cruise port and when I booked they sold the fact that they will provide “free” shuttle and have “free” coffee. None of these was available.
