− The noise at night from the Hostel next door. We didn't hear it in the Riverside room, but when we moved to the back rooms it was really noisy.

7.0Great location at the end of Hoi An walking street, opposite side. Not too noisy at night. Nice decoration to the room. A small pool at the front of the lobby for chilling out during a warm day.
− Water leaks through the bottom of the bathroom wall, some sealing works to be done. The balcony can be dusty as it is facing the road side. Room is visible to the hostel guests next door as the buildings are connected, less privacy.
