9.0Pan Pacific London made a fantastic first impression, and in many ways it lived up to it throughout the stay. The scent in the lobby was one of the first things I noticed. It smelled incredible and immediately created a calm, luxurious atmosphere. The staff were consistently warm, kind and genuinely helpful. Every interaction felt welcoming and professional. Turndown service was a lovely touch. It made returning to the room in the evening feel thoughtful and elevated. The wellness facilities were a standout. The pool is beautiful, and having a 24-hour gym is a huge advantage, especially for travellers dealing with different time zones or busy itineraries.
− While the stay was excellent overall, I felt the guest experience became noticeably more transactional towards the end. No luggage assistance at check-out. On arrival, the check-in experience was seamless—our luggage was collected immediately and the next time we saw it, it was already in our room. However, at check-out there was no offer of luggage assistance, which felt inconsistent with the high standard set at the beginning of the stay. The checkout reminder at exactly 12:00 pm. Having the bell ring precisely at noon felt slightly abrupt and out of place for a hotel of this calibre. A little more grace or subtlety would have made for a more relaxed departure. Post-stay hospitality could be stronger. There is a noticeable contrast between how warmly the stay begins and how it ends. Improving the departure experience—whether through proactive luggage assistance, a more personalised farewell or simply making guests feel less rushed—would make the overall stay feel much more seamless and less transactional.

6.0Decor was lovely the location and staff was also very good the food was also very nice
− We was having issues in the morning where there was no water we was then woken up with a fire drill to evacuate the building where we jumped up to then be told it was a fire drill check. We was told to upgrade to a larger room with a extra bed and we done that to fine the bed was not out in our room until 1am I can also state that the hotel was very fair and did refund us for 1 of our nights stay and gave us complementary food drinks and valet service
