− El hotel está muy nuevo pero la habitación fue muy pequeña y casi no cabía el equipaje. El baño también pequeño. Lo peor fue que nos cobraron comisión por el pago con tarjeta sin avisarnos.

Rooms are small and not value for the money

− I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I checked in, there was no running water in the room. I was told it would be restored by 4:00 p.m., but even after waiting for several hours, there was still no water. It was very inconvenient because I couldn’t use the bathroom or take a shower. A hotel should ensure that basic facilities like water are available for guests. The staff’s communication was poor, and the issue took far too long to resolve. I would not recommend staying here unless these problems are properly addressed.
