5.0− The swimming pool tiles were broken, and my children got injured because of this. I had stayed at this property earlier as well and had already reported the same issue during my previous visit. Unfortunately, it has still not been repaired. This shows a lack of attention to guest safety and maintenance, making our stay very disappointing.

− service , the had a neighbouring villa blaring music late night and the hotel team coudnt control it we don’t expect disturbance in a resort … especially at this class
