6.0My room was not clean. Pillow cases were dirty. Dust covered all the surfaces. But when I complained, they came and cleaned. They also changed the pillow cases. The worst part was the underground parking. It was very difficult to get in and out.

10.0Breakfast was good, lobby and the enviroment was nice, the room was in a good condition, clean and acceptible hygene level, the staff were friendly and overall, the stay was pleasant and memorable.
