It was good but we would have appreciated some more flexibility and assistance.
7.0We had a good experience at the hotel. It is located very close to the Vatican city. The staff were very nice in general. They gave us a super early check in when we requested for it beforehand! The place was very clean and tidy, good ventilation and had a very boutique vibe which was fun!
− There were a couple instances where the staff wasn't as helpful as we would've liked. Once, we were requesting housekeeping to give us small plates and cups and they said they didn't understand. When we tried to explain, he said " I am very busy I cannot do it " and left us. Another instance was when we asked the front desk for some small cutlery and paper cups and we were told that we can only get them from the restaurant, not in the room. It just seemed very inflexible of them. The WiFi was very, very spotty in our room. It was very intermittent. For the most part, I was using my hotspot to run internet on my laptop. When told, they told me to come to the reception and get it checked. But I got full network in reception so nobody did anything about it. The room layout left little space to maneuver with our bags, especially because we had a lot of bags! Not bad at all for travelers with lesser luggage.

8.0La camera mi è piaciuta molto, era pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa. In bagno non funzionava l'aspiratore ma pazienza. Lo staff è stato gentile, mi è stato d'aiuto anche nella spedizione di un capo che avevo dimenticato in hotel per cui li ringrazio moltissimo. Purtroppo come famiglia non abbiamo apprezzato la qualità della colazione. Qualità bassa ma vasta scelta.
− Per la colazione suggerisco almeno una torta fatta in casa, e il pane cercate di mettere anche qualcosa di più fresco e vario. La colazione è stata deludente ma non è sicuramente la priorità di un viaggio a Roma.
