− Sleeping space and bathroom incredibly cramped. The upstairs bedroom had hardly any proper standing space, it was really a bed at the top of the stairs tucked under the rafters. Not helped by the heat but also the shower was impossible to control/predict, going from v hot to freezing cold without warning.

10.0A really lovely spot, close to Knepp estate, good walking, decent food and drink, friendly staff. Small but comfortable room with good amenities and pretty decent breakfast
− I would have liked to have breakfast in the restaurant rather than in the room but I understand its maybe not practical to open the whole place for a small number of guests so its a pretty good compromise
