5.0O pessoal da manutenção foi rápido para resolver um problema de falta de água no chalé. Camas confortáveis.
− O gestor do local reclamou de termos feito a reserva pelo Booking.com, pois assim ele teria que pagar uma comissão. Também cobrou R$280,00 além da tarifa constante no Booking.com, alegando que o valor do site não cobria outras atividades da pousada naquele período, que foram um lanche na sexta-feira e uma festinha junina no sábado. No domingo não houve lanche. Entendo que o valor da tarifa constante no Booking.com para o período contratado lá estava por decisão da gestão da pousada, logo deveria cobrir a alimentação prevista para o período, sendo essa cobrança extra um tanto estranha. As piscinas , no domingo à tarde, estavam muito sujas, e assim ficaram, impossibilitando o uso pelos hóspedes que ainda estavam lá.. Com a lotação total, o restaurante não conseguiu repor utensílios e comidas com a devida agilidade, havendo demora nas reposições.

− O almoço e o jantar são regulares. Pouca variedade de saladas e refrescos ( não são sucos e não há opção diet para diabéticos). Também não há opção diet de sobremesa. É preciso considerar que atualmente existem várias pessoas com diagnóstico de diabetes.
