− Despite booking a late checkout due to work, staff came into the room 4 times with no apology or any idea the late checkout was booked. The shower didn't drain properly, which caused the water to flood the floor. When booking out, the receptionist was overwhelmed, so showed no interest in my issues.
Good value for money.
10.0Location, room and the whole ambience. The room was really spacious to move around with luggage. Bathroom and shower were perfect. The room cleaning service was superb. The location was perfect; there is a bus station and a train station. It was easy for me to arrive from London directly to it and then to continue my way into edinburgh. All easily. Would definitely stay here again.
