− Al aseo, debería tener una reforma y un cambio de camas tampoco estaría mal.
Estancia agradable
8.0El hotel, en general, está bastante bien. La habitación era más pequeña de lo esperado, el pasillo para pasar del dormitorio al baño era muy estrecho, pero para tres días tampoco necesitábamos más. La ubicación, a 2 minutos de Puerta del Sol y de Gran Vía, es ideal para no tener que estar cogiendo el metro todo el rato. Las camas son muy cómodas, el personal muy amable y todo estaba muy limpio. El hotel se encuentra dentro de una calle entre dos portones grandes. Estos portones se cierran a las 22:00, lo cual está muy bien porque no se escucha nada de ruido. Pasamos en el hotel la final del mundial y pudimos dormir perfectamente, sin ningún ruido molesto.

− La stanza era piccola e lo spazio ridotto. Mancanza di finestre per far arieggiare la stanza.

8.0A localização é fantástica, no centro de Madrid. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Ter limpeza diária e ar condicionado, torna a estadia ainda mais confortável.
− O colchão e a almofada poderiam ser mais confortáveis.
