− TV didn’t work, room was on the smaller side
Great hotel quiet except for neighbours,lovely staff

− You could hear people above you moving around.Breakfast was at monster and it was only just warm and they wouldn’t heat it up.
Excellent, staff were easy to talk too.

7.0Location was great, pre check in was good. Room was ok clean and beds comfy
− Check in need to pay $100 even though room was prepaid, I get this however information from staff was incorrect, needs to be clear about this. Room was clean however above shower 6 very long dark hairs stuck on ceiling. My TV wasnt working and same staff member as check in just said that they had roadworks out back and could not help would likely to come back on, it didnt. Next day another staff member was great said he would sort it or move rooms. Returned to it working.
