3.0Lage top! Leider war das aber auch alles positive.
− Leider bin ich mit dem Zustand der Wohnung nur bedingt zufrieden. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Bewertungen hatte ich mich ganz bewusst für diese Unterkunft entschieden und entsprechend hohe Erwartungen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Lage und das Personal, das insgesamt in Ordnung war. Der Zustand der Wohnung selbst ist jedoch leider enttäuschend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind teilweise deutlich verschmutzt, wirken abgenutzt und sind aus meiner Sicht nicht ausreichend gepflegt. Besonders enttäuschend ist die Schlafcouch, die derart abgewohnt ist, dass man darauf eigentlich kaum noch vernünftig schlafen kann. Gerade bei einer Unterkunft, die Schlafmöglichkeiten anbietet, sollte ein gewisser Komfort selbstverständlich sein. Insgesamt entspricht der Zustand der Wohnung leider nicht dem Eindruck, den die sehr guten Bewertungen vermitteln. Die Lage ist zwar gut, allerdings können Sauberkeit, Pflegezustand und Schlafkomfort nicht überzeugen. Ich hätte angesichts der positiven Bewertungen deutlich mehr erwartet und finde es schade, dass die Unterkunft vor Ort diesen Erwartungen nicht gerecht wird.
