Sehr unglücklicher Aufenthalt

− Kein kostenloses Fehrnsehen nur Netfix, kein insektenschutz und Sonnen schutz an den Fenstern , Wonung war sehr staubig, von der Brandmelde Zentrale war ein ständiger Arlam, das hat meine Frau sehr beunruigt, Sie konnte die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen auf unsere meldung per E Mail kam erst nach einem Tag eine Antwort. Es war sehr heis in der Wohnung da kein sonnenschutz am Dachfenster angebracht ist. DIE Wohnung ist nicht zuempfenen

2.0Lage direkt am Schloss. Nahe der Innenstadt.
− Die Design Apartments haben absolut nichts mit Design zu tun. Alles wirkt gebraucht und abgenutzt. Angeschlagene Türrahmen, schmutzige Wände, Treppenhaus sehr dreckig. Im Küchenschrank 1 Glas und eine Tasse bei Ankunft. Diese wurden ergänzt nach Beschwerde. Solange mussten wir uns so behelfen. Ein einziger Topf und eine Pfanne. Keine Schere, Salatsieb, Brotmesser oder ähnliches was in einer Küche zu erwarten ist. Miserable Ausstattung. Im Schlafzimmer eine Nachtisch Lampe. Es roch muffig. Alte Fenster und Türen. Haustür Tag und Nacht offen. Jeder konnte jederzeit zu jeder Uhrzeit ins Haus .Appartment Tür nur wie eine Tür in der Wohnung. Mit ein wenig Kraft leicht zu öffnen. Einbruch so für unser empfinden leicht möglich. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Toilette im Keller stark verschmutzt. Spinnweben an allen Lampen und in den Ecken. Parkplätze nur vorhanden, wenn was frei ist. Maximal für vier Autos. Wenn besetzt dann heißt es kostenpflichtig parken. Keine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Kontakt über Telefon nicht möglich. Es gab nur ein Band. Wir waren extrem unzufrieden. Preis Leistung stimmt gar nicht. Es war unser erster und letzter Aufenthalt. Keinerlei Weiterempfehlung. Eine absolute Enttäuschung. Wir waren froh, als wir angereist sind.

− kein Ausblick im 3.OG, nur kleine Bullaugenfenster, keine Verdunklung an den Fenstern, Garderobe für die Kleidung befand sich im Bad
