− The rooftop bar - we left 3 out of 4 drinks on the table as the drinks were in unconsumable. I really regret not complaining at the time but we were so exhausted from travelling. We wasted £70 odd which is really disappointing.

9.0− Beim Bezahlen hatte man uns über 200 Euro zuviel für Reinigung (laundry) berechnet. Mein Mann bezahle den Betrag,da er es nicht merkte. Ich jedoch schon.Dann stellte sich heraus,daß die Reinigung von dem Gast, der vor uns das Zimmer bewohnt hatte,war. So Etwas sollte nicht passieren!!

10.0Geweldig hotel op een goede locatie. Dichtbij de metro en dichtbij het centrum. Mooie hotelkamers en geweldig ontbijt.
