− 5日間連泊しましたが、外国人の宿泊が多いため、深夜も早朝も洗濯や乾燥機､扉の開け閉めの音、廊下での話し声が大きいため､寝れない。この方々の家に来た感じで､共用スペースに常に大きな音を立てている。夜中も玄関のサイレンがなる、玄関カギ開いたまま、玄関先でたむろっていたので、出入りしにくい。でも日本人の多い日は、マナーがあって快適でした。
1人で安く泊まるだけなら妥協ライン。
2.0駅、コンビニが近く泊まるだけなら快適。共有スペースにレンジ、ポット、キッチン用具が最低限は置いてある。管理者からのレスポンスは早い。
− とにかく汚い。掃除がされてない。貸し出しのタオル、シーツなどにシミや汚れが目立つ。壁が薄いため音が気になる人には厳しい。
