Per chi non ha molte pretese … ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
6.0La posizione , i 3 bagni , ed il terrazzo
− basterebbe davvero poco a rendere un ambiente più accogliente , una bottiglia d’acqua nel frigo , un kit di benvenuto … invece non c’era niente … la casa era fredda e umida … per fortuna siamo riusciti ad accendere il riscaldamento .

10.0Sicuramente punto forte sono il terrazzo e la posizione. Poi il fatto che andando in gruppo ogni coppia ha comunque la sua intimità nonostante si stia all’interno della stessa casa. Per il resto ogni spazio della casa è ben organizzato e disposto. Poi si è a due passi da qualunque zona del centro di Alassio.
− L’aspetto parcheggio, ma non è colpa della struttura, infatti, consiglio di andare in treno se possibile.

Bene ma non benissimo....
9.0La posizione era ottima sia perché era a due minuti distante dalla spiaggia sia perché nelle vicinanze avevi tutto a disposizione,la strada è esclusivamente pedonale ricca di negozi e boutique, appartamento molto spazioso e pulito
− Il tasto dolente è che nessuno ti lascia indicazioni x il smaltimento dei rifiuti ed è un vero problema, poi la mancanza del parcheggio nelle vicinanze, essendo una strada chiusa al traffico bisogna munirsi di muscoli e pazienza con i bagagli e poi ci sono le scale un infinita di scale strette.Il condizionatore in cucina aveva un guasto, abbiamo dovuto svuotare di continuo la bacinella fornita dalle struttura...Ci sono sicuramente cose che possono migliorare ....
