8.0Location was great, and I was expecting noise in the apartment from the neighborhood, but it was very quiet inside. Lots of space, comfy beds, and the elevator was working.
− The upstairs A/C didn't work, and since we were there during July it was a bit too warm for us in the living area. However the bedrooms were nice and cool with A/C working downstairs.

− The couch is against a leaning wall so very uncomfortable. Plus you can see how other people’s head have been rubbing against that wall. Also the photos made me think there’s a balcony - which there is not. Very few towels

− El aire acondicionado (que si tiene) no nos funcionaba y en Julio se echó de menos.
Pictures do it more justice than in real life
4.0There was a lift, which is always appreciated when traveling overseas with family members. The location was easy to find based on the instructions provided.
− This one was a miss. Often the pictures do not portray how great an apartment is. This time was the opposite. The layout was awkward, the gathering space not nearly as I had expected, based on the pictures. I would not select this apartment again.

10.0The location couldn't have been better, everything was clean and tidy, and the facilities were exactly as described. The apartment was spotless and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Added to a perfect few days in London! We absolutely loved our stay.
All guests attending are required to send a copy of a photo ID to the property prior to their arrival.
The property operates a strict no party policy. If guests are found to have been having parties on the premises, this will lead to a penalty fee being charged by the property.
