10.0Super vielseitiges Frühstück mit netter Köchin die warme speisen frisch zubereitet. Sehr bequeme betten und geräumige Zimmer. Top Sauberkeit. Spa eher klein aber sehr schön mit Dachterrasse zum abkühlen nach den Suna gängen. Garage mit Auto Lift war ein Erlebnis.

10.0Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Besonders gefiehl uns die sehr gute Struktur des Hotels (die Zimmer waren auf unserer Etage alle auf der straßenabgewandten Seite, es war sehr ruhig und angenehm). Das Restaurant des Hotels war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und ausgewogen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man das Zenteum Brnos. Ein rundum sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

− Na recepcji pracują chyba studenci wiec odbiór i powitanie i pożegnalnie takie zimno-chłodny tj bierz i oddaj klucze i do widzenia ale to może kwestia angielskiego.
