The location was good

− The smell in the stairway going up to the apartment was unbearable!!! It smelled like sewage!!

The apartment was big, but dirty; the walls were so dirty, and the floor as well. Beds were made fine, we had issues with the bathroom in one bathroom. Overall, the place was ok to sleep, 4 mins or less away from the Duomo, but what really did it for us, which is listed but we ignored, but I wouldn't ever again is the noise! The trash pickup at 5 am and all the noise throughout the night was an absolute nightmare. The place is okay I guess, but just a few things to keep in mind.

Super modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

− Keine günstigen Parkmöglichkeit. Direkt neben an ist ein Anbieter, hier kostet das Parken pro Tag 35€-45€, je nach Größe. Das Auto wird nur zwischengeparkt und dann in ein anderes Parkhaus (2,5km) entfernt gebracht. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich

L’emplacement de l’appartement

− Le bruit de la rue car les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage. Donc vous êtes systématiquement réveillés quand les éboueurs passent à 6h du matin. Les moustiques dans l’appartement (même avec la climatisation à fond et les fenêtres fermées). Le canapé sale et tâché que nous n’avons pas voulu essayer. Une simple couverture dessus aurait été appréciable pour masquer les tâches. Les photos trompeuses de l'annonce car l’appartement est dans son jus (tâches d’infiltration sur murs et plafonds), pas de couvertures de lits bleues : une couette sans housse. L’annonce est trompeuse et ne devrait s’appeler ni "luxury" ni "blue". Sinon il est bien placé et spacieux, dommage qu’il ne soit pas mieux entretenu
