10.0The room was nice. I truly appreciate how the lady at the desk at check out quickly fixed a issue of being double charged by booking.com
− How slippery the bath tub was. I did not like when the cleaning lady tried to come in and we were still resting. I did not like that booking.com took the money from the card but did not secure the room.

− Il prezzo, sinceramente parlando l’hotel è situato a Lockport non a Chicago e l’ho trovato caro. Utilizzo spesso hotel Holiday Inn ma in questo caso l’ho scelto solo perché era vicino al mio cliente, altrimenti avrei scelto altro. Ma ripeto struttura ottima, buoni servizi, buona posizione
