Closer to my location of interest

− Here's a more polite and balanced version of your review: We booked this hotel primarily as a place to rest after spending our days visiting nearby attractions, so a comfortable night's sleep was very important to us. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. During our two-night stay, the air conditioning did not function properly, and there were persistent noises throughout the night that made it difficult to sleep. As a result, we were unable to get the restful stay we had expected. I regret having to leave a negative review, but I feel it is important to share our honest experience. Based on our stay, I would not recommend this hotel to travelers whose priority is a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. This version keeps the criticism clear while sounding professional and courteous.

Great stay in Brooklyn

The room was styled nicely, it was comfortable and the staff were great. I found it really easy to get to by train from JFK airport and found the neighbourhood nice and very accessible to the rest of New York. I was travelling solo and this was a much better option than the hostel styled accomodation in more central parts of the city.
