10.0Hotel Okura is truly one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment you step in, the ambiance immediately makes you feel welcomed and transported into a world of elegance, comfort, and tranquility. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, and the entire atmosphere is simply beautiful. What made our experience even more memorable was the food. Everything we tried tasted incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. You can genuinely see the passion and attention to detail that the chefs put into their craft. The presentation, quality, and flavors were all exceptional, and what stood out to me most was how consistent everything was. The service was just as impressive. The staff were attentive, polished, and genuinely warm without ever being intrusive. You can tell that everyone takes pride in what they do, and that level of care really shows throughout the entire experience. Hotel Okura is more than just a beautiful place it is an experience. The combination of the stunning ambiance, exceptional food, and thoughtful service makes it a place I would happily return to again and again. Truly one of those places that leaves a lasting impression.

Most staff were great but we were denied early access to the room even though multiple rooms of the same were available

− Lost its value for the overall experience. The cost doesn’t reflect and cannot be justified for the lackluster experience from the staff and frequently closed amenities.
