10.0I had a wonderful experience at Sea Face. My massage from Indu was amazing. Each day I had a massage and was extremely happy. The front desk was most accommodating and my room was cool, clean and santized. My room facee the sea with a large balcony. The pool was clean and with staff available to help.

4.0Great, friendly staff! Spacious room with plenty of chairs and a desk. Good wifi. Wonderful scenery--right on the beach! The property is in a sad state, otherwise. But so are many of the surrounding hotels of the same star level. My room was not cleaned. Dust everywhere. Trash in the drawers. Bathroom was smoky and not clean at all! The restaurant food was okay but the state of it did not give confidence. I checked out several days early. Shame because b the manager and one of the house keepers were super nice!

10.0The balcony is lovely with a great sea view. Easy access to the beach. A good sized room, with comfortable bed and hot water for the shower. Staff are friendly and I’m a return visitor.

This place could be fantastic but its not!
4.0The location isprobably the best on Kovalam Beach. This hotel could be amazing,but it just isn't. Awful shabby poolside ifuniture, rooms dated, staff making the best of it with what they have to work with. Wth management to be proactive and upgrade the whole place it would be great, and a guests would be happy to pay a l1ot more!!
