− Kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle, Radio mit UKW Wurfantenne, TV Empfang sehr Störanfällig, kein Streaming möglich nur Sat, Zwei Treppen zur Wohnung, Bad ohne Fenster Entlüftung mit nervigem Geräusch.
