Great location, spacious room, includes a balcony, and is clean.

− Although the apartment building has a "No Smoking" policy, people still smoke; the smell drifts in through the windows but is slow to dissipate. Staying inside for too long gives me a headache, so I often have to leave the hallway door open to air out the room.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. There is also a washing machine available on each floor.

− The hotel feels more like a dormitory than a hotel. It has around eight floors with roughly 20 rooms on each, which makes it feel quite crowded. The layout is unusual — when you step out of the room (I stayed on the 8th floor), you can see all the floors below, down to the parking area. I believe the sound insulation is poor, as neighbors knocked on the wall late in the evening while we were just watching TV and talking at a normal volume. There are also no common areas where you can sit and relax.
