1.0Niente.
− Appena arrivata, ho fatto una doccia nella vasca idromassaggio e mi sono accorta dopo poco che perdeva acqua da sotto, a tal punto da allagare il bagno e anche parte della stanza. Abbiamo chiamato il gestore per segnalarlo, che ha sostenuto ripetutamente che fossi stata io a indirizzare il doccino verso l’esterno della vasca. Dopo una conversazione telefonica vana e di una mancanza di rispetto ineguagliabile, abbiamo chiuso la telefonata e osservando la stanza, ci siamo resi conto del parquet a terra rovinato in corrispondenza della lingua di acqua che scola dal bagno, dei segni dell’umidità sul soffitto, della polvere accumulata sullo stipite del letto e delle tende sporche. La maleducazione del personale e la presunzione di poterci prendere per i fondelli ha superato di gran lunga le mancanze della struttura.

− La pena que la foto sea de una de las habitaciones y lleva a duda que el jacuzzi y la sauna sea del propio hotel en vez de una habitación solamente.
