The staff were happy and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The food was excellent. We had shuttle to and from theater which was wonderful. I cant wait to book again with them next year!

Quiet, centrally-located historic hotel with responsive staff

French onion soup & chicken entrees were delicious. Two lights in room didn't work initially but front desk got the problem rectified on our timetable. Room size was a bit tight but had marvelous TV. Very quiet & central location with bus service to Shakespearian Festival
− Very cold in public spaces. Menu choices for Breakfast & dinner were limited. Breakfast portions were too large, service was slow since only four tables in the restaurant were occupied. Limited plugs for electronics

The hotel is a very centrally located, lovely building and the room was cute. The amenities in the room were nice also, including a Nespresso machine and nice smelling soap, body cream and makeup remover. They put a rose on our bed as a turn down service! The people working the check in desk were very friendly and helpful.
