− Мелочь, но неприятно... Хотелось бы, чтобы в душе и умывальниках была наготове швабра, если набрызгаешь - самому сразу потереть пол. Но это мелочь.

10.0Perfect spot to chill out if you needed a quick break in between exploring. Air-conditioning was amazing and staff were straight to the point and very polite. You can also leave your luggage behind after checking out so you can walk around some more without carrying heavy loads with you. Thank you for a comfortable experience!

7.0The location is excellent, and the building itself is beautiful. The communal facilities are great, with spacious common areas and a large, well-equipped kitchen. It was a nice touch that the kitchen provided basic condiments like pasta, salt, and olive oil, making it easy to prepare meals. The rooms itself are just standard like the photos so nothing fancy just the basics (sheet bed, desk wardrobe ect). The overall atmosphere reminded me of staying in a university hall, which made it easy to feel settle in and the opportunity to meet other travellers. It’s a great choice for solo travellers visiting Venice. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
− The solo rooms are extremely hot and have very little airflow. While each room includes a small desk fan, it wasn’t sufficient to keep the room comfortably cool. Although the share bathrooms say they are cleaned everyday the soap never was once refilled, and towels are also not offered so make sure you have your own.
A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in is 22:00.
