− Zdarza się że inni goście zajmują miejsce parkingowe zarezerwowane do lokalu
Doskonałą lokalizacja. Super!... tylko te balkony

− Balkon bardzo mały, dodatkowo dzielony drewnianą przegrodą z sąsiednim pokojem, co eliminuje możliwość korzystania z niego.
