The location is not ideal for the attractions of Shibuya and Shinjuku (and seemingly everything in Tokyo) but is an easy ride on the Tozai Line into the city itself. (Making connections from there for everywhere) Nishi-Kasai is a very nice quiet suburb but is still really close. We'd stayed at Minn Nishi before and will stay again, except next time we'll pay more attention to which room we're booking! (Last time we had the bigger room and we were a bit bummed when we discovered we hadn't ordered the same room as last time)
