check in comms were poor hotline no one answers software not so easy to use room safe did not work curtains did not work draw properly serious plaster work damp damage to walls paint blistered staff were good

Sparkle Tower is one of the best place to stay in Dubai. Ideally located between JBR and Marina, an amazing view from the balcony. Fully furnished, staff is friendly and accommodating (John). À Carrefour market in the building open 24/, a must. I will definitely stay again at Sparkle with Higuest.

Prime location close to the JBR. Kust a geweest minutes walking. Beautiful View. Supermarktet in the building. good sofa bed that was easy to fold. two spacious beautiful balconies. Good kitchen, without dishwasher but with washing machine. Contact with higuests beforehand was difficult. It was hard to get in touch They Didn’t react on emails. Once there the contact was reasonable. At the apartment there was no interim cleaning, no clean towels or bed linen.
