− No elevator, pillows were terrible and left me with neck issues, had issues with check in.

9.0Good location in Shinjuku. Tucked in a cute lane way that was quiet but close to everything. Appreciated the table and kitchenette.

10.0It's spacious. Has nixe ambient lighting and laundry. Easy check in and check out.
− Just that it's slightly far from some stations. Third floor kind of a struggle to get to with luggage as there is no elevator.
