Ugh, I hate how the shower water's always too hot even when I turn it to cold! It's the same with the sink. And that treadmill? Only 20 minutes before you have to start over?! Plus, their gym isn't open 24/7.

Blood on the Bed sheets as shown in picture attached Sink in washroom was stuck. Informed manager got sheets replaced but had no statisfied answer and never got back to me.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. However, the front desk staff require further training in guest relations to improve their welcoming and friendly demeanor. The housekeeping staff provided excellent service. Manager Ann was helpful, and the rooms were clean and tidy.
